Turkey Burgers with Baked Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients
- 700 gGround turkey
- 4 buns, toasted
- 800 gSweet potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch wedges
- 2 tbspOlive oil
- 100 gRomaine lettuce, torn into pieces
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- ¼ cupMayonnaise
- ¼ cupKetchup
- 1 tspSalt
- ½ tspGround black pepper
Method
- Preheat the oven to 425°F. Toss the 800 g sweet potato wedges with 30 ml olive oil, 3 g salt, and 3 g black pepper in a large bowl.
- Spread the sweet potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crisp at the edges.⏱ 25 min timer in cook mode
- Divide the 700 g ground turkey into 4 equal patties. Season both sides of each patty with 3 g salt and 3 g black pepper.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the turkey patties for 4–5 minutes per side until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.⏱ 8 min timer in cook mode
- Assemble the burgers by placing a patty on each of the 4 toasted hamburger buns. Top each with 25 g romaine lettuce, 50 g sliced roma tomatoes, 15 ml mayonnaise, and 15 ml ketchup.
- Serve the burgers alongside the baked sweet potato fries.
